Unfortunately no instruction manual included. With a bit of fiddling and common sense I managed to figure it out myself. I can imagine that it can be annoying for many others. Therefore... if all goes well, the tyre comes standard with the code 000. Open the tyre and then press the right-hand side of the code lock (as if you have yet to open the lock), there is a button there. Choose your own code and close the strap. To be sure, open the strap again to see if it works, if so... congratulations!

Just welcomed the suitcase on the belt but without a suitcase strap.
So am not at all happy with the quality, surely you should expect it to be at least still around.
