What do you do with your photos? We share them on social media and our blog but otherwise do little with them. This is a shame, of course! After all, each photo has a unique memory of a particular place, person or time. So it was time to change this. Together with Fotofabriek.co.uk we have developed a photo book full of our travel photos from Greece. These days, photos hardly leave your laptop or smartphone. We all shoot countless photos, only some of which end up on social media. A shame, because all those cool holiday photos with great memories keep disappearing on your feed or, due to a lack of memory, end up being deleted from your phone. Of course, we assume most of you do save them properly so you can always view them digitally, but that's it.
Tip: Remember to regularly back up your computer/phone or store your photos on a dedicated drive. It would be a shame if you lost your photos! We use the following products for this.
How does creating a photo book on Fotofabriek.nl work?
The making a photo book is incredibly simple. You go to the website, choose the type of photo book and then click through to the online editor. The online editor lets you easily upload photos, choose templates and add text or illustrations. If you are satisfied with your design, click through to ordering and your photo book will arrive in no time. Easy right?
You are kept informed through emails after you order. You even get a video showing how your cover is made. Super fun! As soon as your book is ready, it is sent and delivered in a sturdy cardboard envelope. This ensures the book arrives undamaged, which is nice!
Tip: Keep in mind the indicated crop lines & don't zoom your photos too far in. In addition, always check the entire photo book when you have finished.

The website is very clear and at a glance you can see the different types of photo books. You can choose a portrait or landscape book, with or without a spiral & with a softcover or hardcover. We chose the A4 hardcover. This option starts at 24 pages and can be extended to 200 pages.
