1. How do we determine our budget? As we travel more often and work out our itineraries this way, we have become better and better at determining our budget. If you have trouble estimating what is realistic for a particular destination, we advise you to enter the fixed costs in the budget overview first. Think of the cost of airfare, accommodation, transport and any excursions you found online. In addition, it is useful to fill in your maximum budget if you have one. Always do this with pencil so you can change the amounts while planning your trip.

2. Why don't we go on spec? When we travel, it is usually for 3-4 weeks. In that time, we want to see as much as possible and travel as smartly as possible. We understand that some people prefer to decide on the spot, but for us that doesn't work.
3. Is there still room for spontaneous activities? Absolutely, you make your own schedule right? We just provide the outline and you can fill it in however you want. We ourselves always make sure there is enough room for spontaneous things or relaxing days. On a travel day (to get from A to B), for example, we don't plan anything else.
